This was an exchange for a bigger size. The service was quick and although they didn’t have my size in the store, they quickly offered to ship the new size to my home. Shorts were received in a few days. Only disappointment was there are no pockets in the new pair so not identical to the pair I returned. As we live a distance from any store, I just kept them.
