Great After-Sale Service

On Aug 12, I gave a rather negative review of Sonic 7. I stand by my comments on the shoe, but I need to acknowledge the five-star service from Haley at UA HQ in Baltimore MD, and from a salesman at the UA Factory House in San Clemente CA. Both really took the time to understand my issues and point me to other models that should be a better fit for my running style and training regimen. Both individuals displayed very impressive product knowledge and genuine interest in my situation.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not The Same Sonic

Sonic lovers beware. This is not a logical follow-on to previous generations of Sonic, which were minimally padded and had a firm, stable ride. This Sonic 7 is just another squishy, over-cushioned, unstable mess just like all the other squishy, over-cushioned, unstable running shoes that have taken over the marketplace lately. What a shame.
