[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have to say these project rock items are always hit and miss the quality is really based on where the product seems to be made. This shirt is fantastic. I love how it has a longer front and back so when you’re working out in the gym, the arms are fitted, and the shoulder portion is also fitted, I am 5 foot 11 175 pounds fit I ordered a large but sent it back for the medium which fits perfect
