[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rock project five has a great tongue system. When you lace up the shoe, it does not bind or create uncomfortable spots on the top of your foot. Fits good and snug stays in place even when doing hiit exercises.

Got this as a birthday present and the celebrant loved it!! He kept on walking and running around in the shoes. He also confirmed it was true to his size and fit well. It was the perfect gift just in time for summer and outdoor running/walking.
