Quality built shoes. Fits to size. BOA system is great. A good dialed in fit. The flow midsole is very firm Insole provides a little cushioning. Insole is not removeable. The heel has a padded pod which helps lock down when in the upright position. Additionally, it proves extra cushioning when wearing in the slide mode. After a couple of outings, a crease has developed across the big tope in both shoes.
