    My daughter is using them for workout shoes. Said incredible comfort and keeps knee pain to a minimum on treadmills.

    I ran in these one time, and they did not create or emphasize any pains in my feet, knees or ankles- i have issues in all those areas naturally, while running (high arches + pronate a little). I decided to sprint the last 100 yards after doing 1.3 miles, and i nearly left the ground for take off 😳🤣🤣🤣. I love these shoes, and put my Superfeet orange running insoles in them. Glad to find a new, excellent shoe as I am quite the picky runner. (I also run in Brooks Ghost). Also, these shoes run true to size. I am a measures size 8, and 8.5 wide on each foot. In Brookes I am a 9.5 Wide, could probably do a 9. In these I followed the size recommendation and got the 8.5's and they are perfect, even for my wider forefoot.

    First, my order came in on time. The running shoe was as advertised. The shoe is true to your size. I take a 6.5. Perfect fit. I don't recommend for a wide fit. They are narrow. I chose these shoes, not because they are great looking and comfortable, but because I have Plantar Fasciitis and need to put a special insole under the insole of the shoe. Great fit and plenty of room. Sports Chek has always been my go to shoe store. Good Luck!
