Poor sizing

I like the style but fit is SMALL and fabric not as perforated/cool as I hoped. A product measurement chart would have been handy bc the body size chart did not lead to a correct size. To make matters worse, sale item is no returns so I can’t help but wonder if this was a known defect that put it on sale.
