Great training shoes

First time trying out project rock shoes and I have to say I actually really like them! I have had them for about a month now and wear them 3-5x per week for CrossFit workouts. They hold up really well and give me nice stability. I am not a fan of having to run in them though personally. I will switch them out if I need to run. Other than that they are very comfortable!

These are simply the best shoes I’ve ever owned. So good I went back and bought another pair. Fit like a glove, stylish and comfortable. I purchased the women’s in a size 11 and a men’s size 9.5 for myself.
