Great shoe! I use for both heaving lifting and HIIT workouts, and both feel really supportive. The toe box is a little wider than my past pair of Reeboks, and I'm so glad I made the change - so much more comfortable and supportive to really feel my entire foot have space. Def recommend!

WOW, I love these!

I am a gym/crossfit girl and I have worn metcons and nanos just because those are typically the go to shoe, but when I tried these on there was no way I couldn’t switch to these. They are an extremely comfortable shoe but still have a flat sole for lifting. I am so happy that I found this option for training, highly recommend!
