Great Shoes HORRENDOUS Shipping

My daughters loves these shoes and it’s a good thing… they were a trial to get. We wanted to buy them in-store but her size wasn’t available. We ordered them online and waited excitedly. They arrived! Hurray! My daughter was trying them on and kept switching feet. We finally realized they sent two LEFTS. Ok, mistakes happen, back to the store we go. After some static from the sales clerk and then the manager because we didn’t have a receipt they finally understood it was a store problem. Re-order and wait…. Guess what arrives next? Two RIGHTS. Back to the store again! Reorder. A different manager this time was great. She took personal responsibility for the order, called me after she double checked a left AND a right were in the box. Again great shoes, horrendous shipping. Quality control is needed!
