Im size 11 and always wear vans shoes but this boot is feel so tight for me so i return to store outlet and a store clerk help me to process the return online and after a few days my size 12 delivered. Than you sport chek for a quick response.

It's ok it's just that the metal detector is still in one of the boots and I'm having a hard time removing it! Guess I need to go to the store. Sigh.

If you are looking to buy a winter sneaker this shoe will fit your need. As a sneaker it is great and stay on paved surface outdoors. The upper is stiff at the being and caused irritation until shoe broke it. Feels fine now. Sole is not stable enough for uneven ground or hikes.

Purchased these shoes about 3 months ago and they have already split at a seam in the rubber on the toe of the shoe. The gum sole is also detaching from the bottom of the shoe already as well. Not sure if I received a defective product but this is not what I expected from a Vans product.
