Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order from your company. As a brand with a strong reputation like Sport Chek, I expected a higher standard of care. The shoes were delivered without proper packaging. They arrived without any protective plastic bags, and only the shoe boxes were provided. As a result, the items appeared as though they may have been used for in-store display, as they still had price tags attached. This experience did not meet my expectations, and I would appreciate your review of this matter and guidance on how it can be resolved. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response.

Product is nice. Lightweight. It’s only getting 3/5 because it fits quite low volume and narrow compared to the standard vans shoes. I went with my standard vans size and the length is perfect but it was too narrow in the forefoot and low volume in the upper.

So good, I had to get two pair.

After buying and returning about 10 pairs of shoes from various brands, I tried these out. They have just enough cushion and support that I can wear them anytime, anywhere, and for as long as I want. In fact, I bought a second pair to wear indoors, because simply wearing these shoes reduces the symptoms of my chronic pain disorder. Best sneakers I’ve ever owned.
