Once awesome boot bought them to protect my ankle from heat that my Harley Davidson ultra limited and they really do that nice I love this vans they very comfy and look tight

GREAT winter boot BUT…

That’s just it, it’s designed to be a winter shoe. I wore these a couple of times during September and October. The first thing I noticed immediately how chunky the shoe is, especially compared to the standard MTEs. It’s heavy but solidly built so I don’t mind. The second thing I noticed was how warm my foot got after an hour, likely because of the goretex material, but at least I know my feet will be warm during the colder months. During a super rainy day, I noticed after walking all day in NYC on the streets, my feet didn’t get soaked at all from the weather so big points for that. I love these personally but I def don’t think they’re for everyone. If you’re looking for a rugged pair of vans especially for colder weather, consider grabbing a pair.

I went to buy new work boots because my Crestline MTE were finally worn out after 2 years of hard work in the paint shop. Unfortunately, the crestlines were not being sold anymore, so I got these. Highly disappointed. SUPER uncomfortable, not as durable, and actually pretty ugly when laced up tight. Its only been a month, and the stitching is looking like its not going to hold up for long, and these were more expensive than the Crestline. The Crestline was the most comfortable and durable work boot I've ever had. And these are a disappointment. Bring the crestline back!

Purchased 9/21/26 it is 10/9 and the “Gore-Tex” on the toe has already rubbed off. It’s some sort of thin layer of white film, for something that’s supposed to be rough and weather resistant, it’s sad to see that it fell off so easily. It isn’t even winter yet, nor have I wore them other than to go to the store. It just made them seem cheap to me. Maybe I’ll update this review once I wear them in colder weather

Gratefully Surprised

I bought these out of impulse just to have something to beat up on with various terrain and weather at a music festival (Lost Lands)… the price is extremely steep for a pair of vans but I was actually blown away with the quality and comfort. There were torrential downpours, flooding and mud… LOTS of mud. These kept my feet dry every single day regardless of what was thrown at them. I watched people slip and slide through the mud while I could effortlessly walk without a concern of losing my balance. The arch support is minimal but comfort is top notch, never got into my tent with sore feet after being in a crowd for hours on end (true to size). Got home and cleaned them up looking brand new with little effort. I don’t write reviews nor have I ever spent this much on shoes and been willing to put them through a blender while surviving with ease. Highly recommend if you can afford.
