Great bike, I have it for more than three months Really like it

Love all the options that come with this bike. Appreciated that bike assembled by Sport Chek Staff.

This bike is very comfortable to ride and has a very strong frame. Easily adjustable handle bars and seat. The only negative would be the 350 W motor on hill climbing should have been a 500 W. Other than that the bike is really amazing ffrom just about every other aspect. Nice shock absorber on the front forks and even has a galvanized chain to make it rust proof. Good lights, electric horn, automatic motor disconnect on the touch of either brake controller and nice digital display.

Bought the bike on sale as I have an 8 year old that needs to get out more and exercise, so I decided I should join her. Bought this on sale at Sport Chek, they assembled it, and it was in perfect working order. I took it home and after a few days of riding my confidence in the bike increased greatly. I'm 6' and 225lbs, so the bike gets a workout when we go out. The pedal assist is great, kicks in almost immediately if pedaling, found it couldn't handle a really steep hill with my size, but almost everything else is a breeze for this bike. With just the throttle, I decided to see just how fast it would go. The pick up is fantastic and I got up to 37.1 kph before I ran out of parking lot and I think it still had more. I need to find a longer parking lot to try it. The pedal assist is supposed to be limited to 32 kph, but I was at 35 the other day and it was still assisting. The bike is solid, albeit it a bit heavy, but it is not a cheaply built bike, the welds are clean, everything that is supposed to be straight is. The wheels spin true, the gears shift up and down smoothly. The brakes are the best and easily pull down to a stop very quickly and no squealing or noise from them. The seat is comfortable and the handlebars are in a good riding position and all levers etc are easily reached from the riding position. The back rack is handy, the seat and handle bars can adjust easily. It's a plus that it has headlight and brake light. I haven't had to charge the battery yet, but I don't always use the electric assist when I'm riding as this is supposed to be exercise for me (the electric assist is for when the hills are a little too steep for just people power, I just get too tired because I went too far, or want to test limits of speed). This bike is definitely worth the price - especially if on sale.

Easy to use, smooth ride and is simply user friendly! As a 60+ woman with new hips, I cannot emphasize enough on how EASY this bike is to use. I would also like to add that the staff at Sport Chek on 8th Street were very helpful, friendly and professional. Bravo and Thank you!!!

Bought on sale , impressed , rides really good , would be nice to have a user manual in box , printed on line manual is o.k. but could be more precise , ex : how to operate lcd display , how to set things and what can be set . wife loves it .

Just purchased but no instructions and online manual is minimal. Still trying to figure the "anti-theft password" part. To remove battery if needed, use key and push in and turn to remove. Absolutely so smooth, quiet, FAST and fun.. My girlfriend bought one as soon as she tried mine! great sale price!
