Völkl Chica Junior Ski 2024 with vMotion 4.5 Bindings

Our daughter really likes these skis and bindings, not just for the colour but their weight and build quality.

Order was shipped without skis only bindings with an email stating the order was fulfilled. I contacted customer service they said “I had to wait 10 working days before the complaint would be reviewed”. During this waiting period I had to rent skis for our trip which ended up being more expensive than purchasing the skis. A case Manager finally connected with me Mani Mahdavian who basically stated that he couldn’t help and that I was to return the bindings and he would not address the inconvenience this issue caused. So, I waited a month to find out I had to return them. With a simple investigation on my own I found the exact skis at Burlington Mall sport chek the manager Robyn and employee Harrison were great help and fixed the issue promptly. The Case manager put very little effort into sorting this issue out, when I asked to speak to his manager he would not respond. I called and emailed and he basically ignored me. Thankfully the store staff were amazing

Ordered and Paid for the skis and received a empty box that the skis where supposedly in . Sports check Solution was go out and buy more skis and then after the holidays a case manger will email you to determine what happed. Sports check like to grab your money fast but when they don't deliver it's long and painful process to recover what you supposedly paid. Buyer Be ware
