Ordered a right got a left

Ordered this stick after hearing reviews of it being light. Only available online (not in store), ordered Right handed, after delivering taking over a week, was shipped a Left handed stick. Emailed customer service, still haven't had a response, had to return in store and bought different stick else where as couldn't take another chance of being shipped wrong stick again. You can do better sportchek in both shipping and communication from customer service.
