They work good for their function. I had no problem keeping them in for an entire 3 hour trip. Pretty comfortable

The audio and range are great. I am buying a pair for both of my kids.

The only wireless earbuds I've ever owned, I was a little worried that they wouldn't stay in my ears while I ran or worked out, so far so good! The sound is amazing and clear as well. Love them.

I got these second hand and the audio quality is excellent! It's loud enough to have passive noise cancelling however not completely noise cancelling. If it had ANC built in, then these would be perfect. The magnet wraps around and sits at the back of your neck. It has a break away feature so if the wires get stuck in something then the magnet will split. Very comfortable when seated or standing while wearing but if you listen to this while lying down on your side, it may get uncomfortable. While lying on your back, the magnet can dig into the back of your neck making it uncomfortable. A compromise I did was instead of wrapping the magnet around your neck, I would connect the magnets and let them hang on the front of my body. Battery is enough to get me through a 6-8 hour day. For the price, these are excellent pair of bluetooth earbuds! Add ANC feature and it would be perfect.

I purchased these at an airport and was upset with the price at first.  However, after using them  I was very impressed with the range, battery life, and sound quality.  I could go a few days without recharging (using them for AT LEAST 5 hours/day) and could leave my phone in a different room.  I've had them for about three months and up until now I have loved them.  As of a few days ago, they have stopped charging and will not work.

I don't see how to charge the battery. Where do you plug in the cable provided? All the parts listed are in the box but I don't understand how to charge the battery. thanks

My headset worked great for two months, but then the microphone started to die, and now its completely dead. I started to use them as a gym headset instead but now the audio is dying. I bought them in an airport 2 months ago and the warranty process is ridiculous, so I'm going to throw them away and get something else instead. Do not recommend.

Service was very good and efficient. Product does not work. For the 15 dollars i spent on it i cant be botherwd returning it and would never buy electronics from this stire again.
