Great jacket, warm and comfortable to wear. Wish it wasn't black but that's the only colour available in the size. Great for mid temps and through the fall.

Asking for a full refund

On April 10, I placed an order for this winter jacket through online store. However, upon receiving the package, I was dismayed to discover that I had been sent the incorrect item – a pair of rain pants instead of the winter jacket I had ordered. Understanding that mistakes can happen, I promptly contacted your customer service team to address the issue. I appreciate that they were quick to respond and agreed to facilitate the return process for the incorrect item. Now, I received the refund for the winter jacket, but I was surprised and disappointed to find that only the price of the jacket was refunded, and not the shipping fee that I had paid at the time of purchase. As the error was on Sportcheck's end, and considering that I paid for shipping expecting to receive the correct item, I believe it is only fair that I receive a full refund, including the shipping fee.

No, I do not recommend this product.
