good fit, true to size and nice weight for fall weather

I'm 5'10", 170 lbs. I bought a medium and it fits better than any other zip up hoodie I own. Washes up nicely, does not lose its shape and is very comfortable. You pay a bit more for Woods, but worth every penny.

Bought this during a recent sale and happy with the price. This full zip hoodie is nice, and yes, the inside brushed cotton is soft on the skin if worn on it's own. Your partner will want to wear it. I'm a medium or large depending on the style and this hoody in medium fits me well, less the slight tightness around the armpits, but I find that is typical of Woods clothing, so no surprise. A large would be too long in the torso and sleeves. Generally Woods is true to size. The colour of the dark red is as expected - like a deep red deck stain. I chose this colour because I have enough black and I wanted less contrast on the shoulder overlay than appears to be the case with the Caneel Bay colour. Quality and stitching appear to be good. The zipper has a decent draft stopper and is unlikely to snag. The hood is a good size and shape and easily raised or lowered when fully zipped up - it will keep your neck warm either way. Pockets are decent wth inside storage too. The zipped chest pocket is fine but not really suitable for a phone. It will work for ID, a CC, or paper cash. The stretch shoulder overlay is a nice feature and makes up for the snug fit around the armpits. Shoulder and arm mobility will not be an issue - you'll have full range of movement. The elastic sleeve cuff is simple, but may not be for everyone. Same with the waist hem. Overall I'm satisfied - looks like Woods has a winner.

Nice looking hoodie but the hook used to hang it up is already frayed and breaking after two weeks.
