got a previously returned & damaged jacket

I was unable to get the size I wanted so I initially ordered the XL to catch the sale price, the Stouffville SportChek location had stock of the proper size. I called three times over the past week and an associate told me the stock of 1 that showed online was incorrect and they didn't have the jacket. Today after being told again, I tried my luck with the in store pickup & it got confirmed. So I drove an hour there to exchange sizes & they gave me a damaged jacket that had obviously been returned in the past (dirty, broken belt clip, ripped pockets with used tissues and mcdonalds receipts inside).
Christmas gift ruined 3 days before Christmas, thank you.

Good quality Coat!!

Great coat!! love the inner pockets for throwing my gloves in when not using them. The carrying straps on the inside are useful. The coat is heavy around 4lbs but very warm. The hood has a high neck and velcros shut. Also has a small phone pocket at the upper right side. I purchased a medium and large and kept the medium. I wear a size 6, 135lbs and find it roomy enough for a few layers underneath. I have spent 8 hrs outside in this coat at -15 and was warm enough. Blocks the wind as well. Good quality coat. I also like the 2 way zipper which is great when driving.

Tricky zipper

Looked at the reviews and bought it online. Love using it specially during my yard duties, very warm. The only negative experience is the tricky zipper. I took it back to return but the lady at the sports check said there is nothing wrong and it’s just a matter of getting used to it. Most of the time I need to play on it to make it work. Even my coworkers noticed how I struggled with the zipper. They say “ oh not again”. Something I just go out unzipped, good thing there are buttons I could used. Frustrating I wish they could do something about it. Thinking of returning it. Any suggestions out there?
