Cute but not as advertised

This jacket is very cute and fits well. I love the hood since it rains a lot in Vancouver where I live. However, I was extremely disappointed that this jacket is NOT cotton and nylon. It is made of recycled plastic trash and stinks like chemicals. The only cotton is a very thin cotton poplin lining. The jacket has a sticky weird coating on it and made my hands and hair all stinky and sticky so I did not buy it. It felt clammy and not breathable at all. Wearing it even for a few minutes in the store made my skin feel clammy and I know it would give me eczema if I had to wear it all day. I only tried it on. I was very disappointed since it is a very cute jacket. I had even looked it up online ahead of time and only tried it on because I thought it was cotton and nylon. Chemically recycled, repolymerized old plastic garbage is not what I want my clothes made of. The soft tag says recycled polyester from recycled plastic, not nylon. I wasted my time going to try it on. It is advertised as heritage but heritage WOULD be cotton and virgin nylon, not old trash turned into a jacket.
No, I do not recommend this product.
