Perfect
a year ago
I bought this product in stores a month ago and am absolutely in love. I did have to downsize to an XS, I am typically a S in Woods sizing. I saw a comment about a different Woods jacket and how it would be better with a drawstring, I would say the same about this jacket. However, it's form-fitting without. It makes me feel professional and confident. I am writing this review because I am back to buy this exact jacket, but in black.

A dissatisfied purchase

I read reviews about Woods Women's Ossa 2.0 Mid-Length Softshell Jacket before choosing my size. Many reviewers said the jacket runs quite large, so I downsized from a Large (L) to a Medium (M). Unfortunately, the Medium I received feels too small, as if it were the wrong size. I am very disappointed. Woods has altered their sizing to save on materials, which has left me dissatisfied with my purchase.

Poor customer service

Do not ever order from Sportchek on line. I ordered this jacket in early Dec and never received it. After contacting Sportchek they replied that Purolater returned it back to their warehouse because they couldn’t find my address that I have had for over 30 years and every other delivery company seems to find my house without issue. I was to be refunded which still has not happened and they say it could take 30 days. How can it possibly take 30 days to get your money back? Next I went directly into a Sportchek store and reordered the jacket to be directly delivered to the store for pick up. A week and a half later they can’t even get the jacket to their own store. Hence I just received a review on a jacket I have ordered twice and not received and am still waiting for a refund. I am beyond disappointment.
