Woods™ Men's Hayward 8 Inch IceFX Winter Boots

What a difference ICEFx makes! I was surprised at how great these Woods Hayward boots are for traction, not only on ice, but other slippery surfaces as well (such as wet TTC platforms). They are super warm and super comfy, like your feet and ankles are getting a soft toasty hug. The fit is perfect and true to size; the laces allow you to lock these on securely. They are waterproof and kept my feet absolutely dry through deep slushy puddles in the city. They look great and they're affordable. What more could anyone ask for? 5 stars, highly recommend.

Great winter boots. The Ice FX soles are good on ice. Roomy fit for extra socks. A bit heavy. Great boot for the price.

These shoes check all the things I was looking for: - Comfort - Durability - Warmth (have worn them temperatures below -10c and they were extremely warm) - Grip - Style - that's subjective, it does look elegant to me. Being new to Canada, I did extensive research and bought these after trying out several other brands (North Face, Columbia, etc. But, this one stood out and I was pleasantly surprised to realize that its price was significantly lower.
