Leaking ice block

I have two 4 lb and one 2 lb ice blocks. One of the 4 lb has started leaking when I freeze it. It leaks into the embossed area that says Yeti.
can't see any obvious damage but nevertheless it leaks.
I'm going to be ordering a replacement 4 lb block.

Purchased 2 and 2 Leaked

I purchased two 2 lb ice blocks for my Roadie 24. The ice blocks did a good job of keeping the ice cold longer. The reason for my low rating is the blue liquid that leaked out of the ice blocks in my freezer. There is a 5-year warranty. Since mine are less than a year old, they’re still covered.
I called a Yeti retail location for assistance and was told to file a warranty claim online. The rub is that there is no option to submit a warranty claim for the ice blocks (Cooler Accessories), and the ice blocks don’t have a serial number on the actual blocks. So here we are, 3 months later, I'm afraid to use them and still haven’t filed a warranty claim.

Thank you for your feedback. YETI Ice is currently located under the Outdoor Living tab on our warranty form. When viewing the serial number page, select "I can't find it" and then manually select your Ice model to proceed.

Perfect fit for the Roadie 24L

I brought two of these to go in my Roadie 24L we kept it in the front of the van for 4 days while on a road trip the cooler stayed cold for the whole trip with drinks and food kept cool
