YETI Cayo 25L All-Weather Backpack

I have only had this for a couple of weeks but am using it on my summer vacation. So far I'm really liking this bag. For one, it looks great. Simple and stylish (I have the black) I originally bought the panga backpack but I used it on one business trip as my carry on and found that I was getting frustrated with the lack of external pockets to shove my glasses etc. So I returned that and went with this. Yes, the panga is fully submersible but I figured I would very rarely (if ever) need that level of waterproofing so water resistance is probably fine for my uses. I can't comment on how water resistant it is as I have had the chance to use it in very wet circumstances but looking at the zips and welding etc. I have no doubt this will hold up to even heavy showers. The two external pockets are great. The top one is quite roomy and can fit my reading glasses case, sunglass case (which is quite bulky) and my slim wallet for easy access. It also has a loop for attaching keys etc. I use this to have my earbuds in a case attached. A great feature. The bottle pocket is handy and fits my 18oz rambler bottle with straw lid. It isn't the easiest to get in and out but not bad enough to be an inconvenience. I also bought the sling to attach to the side for when I need all the space in the bag. The main compartment is roomy and I have easily been fitting everything I need for a day at the pool. The small internal pocket is a little tricky to get to quickly and isn't huge but I actually like this as a security measure. I can keep my keys and cash in there without feeling like anyone could sneak in and swipe them! The large pocket (for a "hydration bladder"!!?! Nope, I have no idea what that is either!) fits my Samsung 12"tablet easily. I love that it comes with chest and waist straps but haven't had the need to use these yet so can't comment on those. The bag is very comfy to carry and I love the handles on all sides making it easy to grab and go. And one thing that I especially like is that it will stand up on its own. It's a pet peeve of mine when rucksacks flop and fall over. Downsides: the black, whilst looking absolutely boss shows marks very easily. Most wipe off with a damp cloth but looks a bit scruffy when it happens. Also I got some sunscreen on the bag and am finding this very difficult to remove. I'm hoping when I get home I can have a proper go with washing up liquid. Fingers crossed. Another minor niggle is that I feel yeti could have included some strap keeps to keep the loose straps nice and tidy. Sure, you can buy these yourself but at the price they are charging for this backpack they really should be included. But that's it. All in, I love this bag way more than a grown adult should love a bag. It's not perfect but I do really love it.

Not a 25 liters. More a 35... External dimension gives 43 liters. If I would have know, I would have taken the 15 liters. To big for a 25.
