Poor quality product

First cooler replaced under warranty. Second cooler had the same zipper problem. The zipper segments turn making it difficult to open and close unless you realign the segments. We use this cooler only 3 or 4 times a year. Will never buy another one again

Lousy product

It is terrible. The zipper won’t hold after some time and it is a nightmare to close it. I am getting rid of mine You should guys should work on one with with a better zipper or no zipper it will be better.

Worked great for a few years until the zipper broke. You would think something this expensive would last longer and have a longer warranty period.

zipper is garbage

Not sure what all the hype is about outside the prestige of the Yeti brand. The zipper is absolute garbage, and they seem to know this since it included zipper lubricant. Size is good, like the shoulder strap and it's good looking. But I would not have personally paid $300 for it. Thankfully, I received as a present.
