Zipper is extremely rough to open and top won’t stay open … makes it a pain to organize items inside, take multiple items out or in the cooler , regret the expensive purchase a bit… a positive is , it looks cool

Zipper flawed

Zipper teeth are broken. They don’t stand up straight, several have fallen out and now can’t be zipped. Should be better considering the price.

Only 3 years on warranty

Loved it till Zipper completely failed. Warranty is only 3 years and mine is older than that. I always thought Yeti stood behind products but was surprised to learn warranty only 3 years on these.

Very disappointed with the longevity of this cooler. It is not worth the price. Some teeth of the zipper spin. I wish they offer replacement zippers or at least a trade in option.

DURABLE

I’ve had this for a little over a year, using it as a lunchbox for work. This morning, I had it on the steps of our 2022 Peterbilt truck, as I always do. But this morning I didn’t put it inside the truck before it started to back out. It fell off and got ran over by this 50,000lb truck. The contents didn’t make it, and the zipper separated from the pressure. Popped like a balloon. But we were able to get the zipper back around and lined up, sprayed it down with the water hose. GOOD AS NEW. I love this cooler

Zipper is inconvenient

I received this cooler as a gift. It works fine as a large ice pack lasts most of the day in hot weather. The zipper however requires a concentrated effort and TWO hands to open. If you want something out of this cooler you’d better stop whatever you’re doing and use one hand to hold the cooler down and the other to unzip. It comes with a stick of zipper lubricant, but the zipper is still unnecessarily tough to open/close. Yeti makes some great stuff, this soft cooler isn’t one of them:/
