Solid build!

Keeps drinks and food cold with a very comfortable fit even when fully loaded. I added the rambler bottle holder which holds my hydro flask perfectly and the 6L sidekick with has a surprisingly large compartment. As with any yeti product, you are getting what you pay for with a solid and long lasting build.

Would give it 5 stars except for one thing… Overall great cooler backpack. Big fan of yeti. Magnet seal works impeccably every time. This thing keeps stuff nice and cold all day especially with a lil ice dumped on the yeti ice packs. However, unless you are doing a short treck, then the weight of this full of beer and ice is a lot of stress on your spine. For short distance no prob, but if doing a a many mile hike to your beer drinking destination then you may be hurting if you have any type of back injury.
Luckily there’s a simple fix to this. YETI hope you’re listening cuz this would up the game on this cooler. Please put a hip belt that will transfer the weight of the cooler from the spine to the hips! Just like hiking backpacks.
Yep that’s all. Again would give it 5 stars if it has hip straps to transfer weight off of the spine :)

Like most companies it seems some braintrust MBA has rolled into the Yeti ranks to put their narcissistic stamp on an otherwise perfect product. The previous iteration of this cooler showcased a flip top with zipper, which was super duper functional. What have now is a magnetic flip top, which narrows the opening and thus it's capacity and usability. Difficult to get things in/out, holds less less well and they've changed their insulation, likely in an effort to save pennies, which of course hinders it's previously stellar cooling properties. And god help your forearms trying to slide things in and out. This is one of the worst and most unnecessary redesigns of any product I can recall. Just terrible.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I thought I was just replacing my recalled backpack… instead I fell completely in love with this color. The Peach/Beekeeper combo is even more gorgeous in person and somehow manages to be sporty, coastal and ridiculously cute all at the same time.
As someone who practically lives on the water — paddleboarding, lake days, coastal adventures and vineyard events for work — this cooler is already coming everywhere with me. And the matching SideKick? GAME CHANGER. No more fumbling through dry bags trying to grab my phone for pictures.
Also, unexpected bonus: apparently it even matches my blonde hair 😂
Absolutely obsessed. YETI knocked this one out of the park.

This bag is quite noticeable, but one downside is that the straps aren’t padded well enough. If you’re carrying it heavy with drinks, your shoulder might start to hurt a bit. On the positive side, it has a decent amount of space. The ice lasted about 2 days to 3 days when it was closed but not fully closed, so the ice melted. However, if you leave it closed and folded, the ice will last more days.
