GoBox30 Needs Handle Option

I have a GoBox 60 which I have been happy with and just ordered a GoBox 30. I am disappointed in the design of the GoBox 30. It has a carrying strap to carry the box that results in the box banging against your leg and is quite awkward. It would make more sense to have the carrying handles on the GoBox 60 as an option for the 30. Why did your design team or testers not consider a problem with the strap?
The website has no option for design or product suggestions and states : "We rely on the knowledge, expertise, and creativity of our talented product and innovation team to generate ideas for product development." A more open policy might be helpful.

YETI GoBox 30 – Disappointing Durability for the P

I use this box as a tackle box for fly fishing and the overall form factor is excellent. The internal organization and size work very well on the water, and it feels purpose‑built for this kind of use. The carry handle is somewhat awkward, but it is manageable once you get used to it.
However, the quality control is disappointing, especially for a product at this price point. The latch components on my box failed prematurely, which really undermines confidence in the durability of the whole system. For what YETI charges, I expect far better reliability, so I can only give this product 2 stars.
