Empty weight of tumbler is less than amount stated. Not all made equal. I have made Several purchases of tumblers and measures wight of different colors very disappointed. Is there a change in how they are made?

Falsely advertised

The yeti I purchased is advertised as 887 ml. However it can only hold that amount if the lid is not on. I feel its falsely advertised.

Hi there. Previously, the capacity was measured to the bottom of the lid. The new capacity is measured to the brim of the vessel with no lid on. This measuring capacity is being standardized across all drinkware with MagSlider and Straw lids. yeti_brand

I Love this Tumbler!! I bought it to use at work and prevent getting up and down a million times refilling a smaller container. It allows my morning tea to stay warm/hot, and my water to stay cool!! I am super pleased with it!!!
