So disappointed

I bought both a small size and taller sized Rambler Insulated Food Jar and am very disappointed! Food is not kept at desired temperature as it claims. I even put hot water in the jar for a while before adding my hot pasta to warm it up and six hours later my food was lukewarm. I tried the same thing with hot soup and had the same result! Such a waste of money! If I had the receipts still I would be taking them back!
