Great for small meals on the go.

Love this product for on the go to work. I make my overnight oats in it and the next day it's absolutely amazing I travel almost 2 hours a day to work. By the time I get to work my overnight oats are exactly as I took them out out of the fridge.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Hot food but hard to open

This is a great thermos as it kept the food hot. It is difficult to open though especially when the food is hot inside.

Too Small

Disappointed as the lid takes up most of the space. Can barely fit much food inside. I removed the steam lid in order to get additional space. Holding heat not a problem.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Sadly it doesn’t keep food warm for long.

This doesn't keep food hot for long. I made oatmeal at 8am and put it directly in the jar, lid closed tight. By noon it was cold. I love the look of this container but my children’s thermos brand one delivers the same results but it is smaller/lighter to carry , easier to open and is less expensive. Sadly, I’m disappointed and wouldn’t recommend for the or ice.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Disappointing Performance - Does Not Keep Food Hot

I purchased three Yeti Rambler insulated food jars (one 473ml and two 236ml) expecting reliable temperature retention, but all three failed to deliver. Hot Food Test: I placed freshly air-fried chicken breast (piping hot at 4am) into the 473ml jar. By noon (8 hours later), the chicken was completely cold. I even tried preheating the jar by filling it with boiling water and letting it sit for an hour before adding the hot food - same disappointing result. Cold Food Test: I pre-chilled the 236ml jar in the freezer for several hours before adding yogurt and oats at 4:30am. By 10am (just 5.5 hours later), the contents were already lukewarm.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Impossible to release magnet -tried everything

Exercise in frustration. Cannot release the magnet and probably cannot return now that I've tried heat, cold and every other suggestion from Yeti and on line public support groups dedicated to addressing this terrible design. IMO, when it comes to Yeti, stick to the simple stuff, not over engineered containers with obvious design flaws. If you're going to include a strong magnet, at least make the screw top such that it can release the magnet. Curious to see if Yeti will take it back.
