Gifted a cup to my bf, requested there be a note in it, when we got the box he opened it and there was no note… obviously not a lot can be done but I’m confused on why Yeti asks if you would like to include a note with “gift” if the note doesn’t make it to box? This has happened twice…

Cross-threading

Truly and whiteclaw cans are a bit tight. The problem is the top ring. When threading it on over a beverage can, there needs to be significant downward pressure applied while turning. This consistently results in a cross-thread condition whenever someone else tries to install the top ring. I always have to do it for them because I'm aware of the issue. Otherwise great product. I have many yeti products and this is the first one to have even the slightest flaw which I don't really mind. So far it still works. I only worry that someday continued cross-threading may weaken the plastic threads

Problem With Can Sizes

Unfortunately I found that this insulator only fits one particular size of slim cans. Of the 5 different cooler/drinks s that I bought this past weekend, 3 of them were just slightly taller than this insulator would allow, therefore preventing the ring from being able to twist on properly.

No, I do not recommend this product.
