    Dribbles coffee everywhere

Really wanted to like this but totally disappointed. At least half the time when I use it, it lets coffee dribble down the outside of my mug. Doesn't matter which Yeti drink ware I'm using, or if I'm using a regular ceramic mug, or trying to make coffee in my Yet carafe. Coffee dribbles down the side and puddles underneath the mug or carafe. I thought maybe it was user error, but then I thought: should it be that hard to use a pour-over filter "correctly"?? The answer is: No, absolutely not. This isn't a user fail, it's a design fail. Also it doesn't fit standard #2 filters very well, and it's a pain (and expensive) to have to order the recommended ones.

No, I do not recommend this product.

    YETI Rambler Pour Over

I received this as a gift from my wife (great call, honestly), knowing I’m really into pour overs—especially the classic Hario V60. I’ve always liked YETI products, so I expected it to be solid… and it didn’t disappoint. I actually brought it with me on a business trip to test it in real-world conditions (hotel setup, limited gear), and after several days of use, I can confidently say it’s a very good product. What I like: Build quality: This thing is built like a tank. Stainless steel, super durable—feels like it’ll outlast any plastic or glass dripper I own. Heat retention: This is where it really shines. The double-wall insulation keeps the temperature very stable during the entire brew, which definitely helps with consistency in the cup. Cup quality: No complaints here. I brew with freshly ground coffee at around 92°C, and I consistently get clean, balanced results. Travel-friendly: Perfect for business trips or rough use. No need to baby it. Easy to clean: Rinse it or throw it in the dishwasher—done. Handling: Even with great heat retention, you don’t burn your hands when you’re done brewing, which is a nice touch. Things to consider (being honest): It’s a one-piece design, which is convenient but limits flexibility. Not designed to integrate with systems like the Hario Switch—a more modular or hybrid version would be amazing. It’s not the most “technical” pour over out there; it leans more toward durability and consistency than fine-tuning every variable. Bottom line: If you’re brewing at home with fragile glass gear, you probably already have more “precision-focused” options. But if you want a pour over that can handle travel, rough use, excellent heat retention, and still deliver a great cup—this is a fantastic choice. Honestly, I feel like this will last me way longer than any dripper I currently own. 👉 Would I buy it again? Yes. 👉 Is it the best pour over ever? Maybe not. 👉 Is it one of the most practical and durable options for a coffee enthusiast who travels? Absolutely.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Very poor design- I was very excited to receive this as a gift and to my dismay it failed miserably with its design. The paper cones fit rather poorly and then as water is poured through, the hole is too large and the paper cone breaks leaving you with a cup full of grounds. My suggestion to Yeti -put 3-4 small holes across the bottom or put a small mesh filter over this large hole to prevent the coffee grounds from going into the cup.

    Poor design.

Not happy with the shape of the spot where the filter fits. The filters I have are flat on the bottom and do not fit into the cone. The filters have blown out multiple times. Pretty sure Yeti needs to change the design. Would not recommend.

Need the right filter type but great quality

I got one a few months ago for my desk at work and for the first couple weeks I had the same issue as many in here. The coffee would come out the sides of the mug. The fix: You need to make sure you get the right filters. The ones with the pointy middle it says it right on the packaging from yeti. Since then it has worked great. I never had my filters break and I usually press the left overs down to squeeze out more coffee. It sounds like many of the bad reviews are because of them end users using incorrect or cheap filters. Has nothing to do with this product itself. I recommend this and will be buying another one soon for home use. It is expensive but it is durable.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Needs some improvement

Giving these pour overs a three rating. Stainless is truly the way to go for pour overs, great for home use and camping. Downside to these pour overs is that they tend to leak out onto the outside of the mug causing a mess, last thing I want to do is babysit my pour in the morning! We have tried multiple mugs, and it doesn't change. Hoping Yeti comes out with a V2

This is a very high quality piece from Yeti. Well-made and sturdy, I have no concerns with longevity. However, maybe because the fins/ribs in the cone aren't high enough, the paper filters might adhere too closely to the cone surface, slowing down flow rate. Still a great travel companion. It does get hot so be careful if you like to preheat or rinse your dripper with lots of hot water.

    Porcelain lining

I have had the pour over coffee maker for about a week, first it is really good quality. And it makes really good coffee. I like my coffee bold that being said I would have liked to see the lower drain opening a bit smaller to allow the the liquid to stay in the cone a bit longer there by to create a more robust flavor. I really like the fact that the item is porcelain lined. I also purchased two porcelain mugs a great addition.

    Yes, I recommend this product.
