Leaks like a sieve

I was super excited to buy this cooler when I saw it. It was the perfect size to fit in my car for me to put ice and drinks in for my guys when I see them. unfortunately, if it tips over at all, which it does. it leaks like a sieve. It also only keeps ice. for a day or so.
It’s built well, but for the price I’d rather buy four Coleman coolers that will not leak all over my vehicle
And probably keep ice just as longer longer
No, I do not recommend this product.

All of our Roadie and Tundra hard-sided coolers are designed to be dry ice compatible. The lid has a one-way gasket that will allow pressure (from dry ice) to release but will not allow any air into the cooler. Although the gasket does a great job of keeping air out of your cooler, if a cooler full of ice water is tilted on its side, water can escape. Leaking from the top of the cooler is completely normal and will not impact performance or durability.

Finally got a yeti cooler! Love it! The roadie 15 is great! Only thing I don’t like so far is that the cans don’t fit nicely. I wish they would “lock in” better. Otherwise, great cooler!

Straps are terrible

The cooler is good but the strap comes of 98% of the time when I sit it down in my backseat. It’s an atrocious design flaw. I’m not sure why you would want the straps to come off so easily. This has to be redesigned. I expect much better from Yeti. If the straps were better this would be a 10/10 product.

The worst ice chest

I bought the YETI Roadie 15 expecting premium quality, but the strap design is terrible. Nine times out of ten when I set the cooler down, one side of the strap comes loose. It's incredibly frustrating and makes carrying the cooler a hassle.
For the amount of money YETI charges, this should never have made it past testing. A cooler is supposed to be rugged and convenient, yet the strap constantly disconnects during normal use.
I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews before buying. Had I known about this issue, I would have chosen a different cooler. The cooler itself may perform well, but the strap design is one of the worst I've seen on a product at this price point.
This purchase taught me a lesson. I'll be looking at other brands for future cooler purchases unless YETI fixes this design problem.

Need exact fit ice blocks.

Love the cooler, hate that no ice block fits fully solid in the bottom and that the only solution (one medium and one small) do not cover the entire bottom. YETI should make a block and sheet that 100% fit snugly into the bottom and top of this cooler.
