    I bought this for my dad and he loved it! He had one of the big red Coca-Cola metal coolers forever, now he has a YETI V SERIES! (Hopefully it is a bit lighter than the old one) We are going to test them out to see who holds ice longer!

    This cooler is almost too pretty to use! But, if you want to use it for more than a center piece, it's quite functional also. This beast held ice and kept drinks cold on our deck for two weeks. I've never experienced more than a day or two with other coolers.

    Placed ice and drinks in cooler on Friday left campground on the Monday still had drinks and ice in cooler so decided to leave on my deck in 25 degree plus weather all week and the following Saturday drinks still cold all ice melted finally!

    I bought this cooler because it holds more ice, longer, with no prep time, with a smaller package. It is the best possible cooler you can get, no exceptions. Only problem is that it is too big to use as a roadtrip cooler. They need to make it in a smaller size.

    I bough this cooler a couple of weeks ago thinking it would perform similarly to my tundra series coolers… boy was I wrong! The vacuum sealed walls and top make this thing way better than the already fantastic tundra series. I did no prep and threw 2 bags of 20lbs ice in it and left it outside in the summer heat of Charleston, SC. This cooler held ice so well that I had to dump the ice out on the 7th day because it just wouldn’t melt! My V Series will be my go to cooler when I need a week plus worth of ice without having to worry!
