Vortex Technology actually works

Was a bit skeptical about the design, but I hate having to use the metal balls in typical shaker bottles, as they are a pain to clean and end up getting tangled on each other. This mixes even difficult (vegan) protein shakes surprisingly well, giving a creamy and frothy result. The bottle is easy to clean as not much gets stuck to the sides. The only reason it's not 5 stars is, even after closing the lid, when shaking, some liquid tends to drip out. And since you shake vigorously, it can go flying. Only downside.

I bought this Yeti to replace my Helimix bottle that started leaking after only a few months of use and a few dishwasher cycles. Hopefully the same doesn’t happen with this rebrand. If you didn’t know, Yeti bought Helimix so the bottle and lid are essentially the same, minus a design change Yeti made to the lid. Personally, I prefer the old Helimix cap design, as the sharper edge is much easier to push/pull up on, compared to the rounded and curved new one that I find I sometimes slip off of. You can get more leverage/stronger grip point with your thumb/finger with the edge on the old style lid. Photos attached show the difference, red cap is the Yeti, blue is the Helimix (the lids are on the wrong bottles). The rest of the product, the bottle, is great feels strong and mixes well. Only 1 star missing because of the change to the cap that I don’t like compared to what they *had*
