Poor communication, missing items

The product is very good , but the communication is terrible!
I have place an order of 20 , I get 6 email saying Im order is sent all in the same day time.
I have to scroll through all six emails trying to figure out what’s going on ?
Then I find out only 15 is sent out to my home , the other 5 is canceled. I think if the system came message me in one summary — telling me only 15 is available then it would save me plenty of time to figure out why is some many emails for one order of 20 .
Right now i have only received 12 tubes so far , 3 is missing !

Shuttlecocks are the ones that we usually purchase. However, I was not pleased with the way that they were packed for shipping. There should have been four boxes, containing six tubes each. There were two full boxes and the rest were loosely jammed in the larger shipping box. Not the best way to handle an easily damaged product. The condition appears to be okay, thought I haven't gone through to check all 240 shuttlecocks.

I am very disappointed due to I got charged shipping fee on my 2 online order. As per your email fryer there should be shipping fee on online purchase. Even Sportchek store staff they don’t know why I got charged. They call customer service for me and find out because of the packages are too big, but according to Sportchek fryer it didn’t say there has any condition. This makes me very disappointed and thinking if I still should go to Sportchek or not.
