Received a 3U weighted racket which is too head heavy for my skill. Return and got the Voltric lite 4U which is a better for me

Unbelievable. It's not about the product, it's about the service! Forget the Racquet Cover. I did not even receive the racquet in a box! It was send in a Plastic Bag at the post office! How can Sportcheck do this!! Will never buy a Racquet online from Sportcheck.
