Terrible Delivery and Poor Product Quality

I am very disappointed with this purchase. The entire process has been a very bad experience. First, the delivery service used by this store is terrible. They ship with Purolator, and they did not leave the product at my door. Since I wasn’t home, they took it to the nearest office — an office that is one hour away by bus from where I live. They didn’t even offer me the option of a redelivery; they simply told me to pick it up. To get there, I had to take a bus that dropped me in an area with no sidewalks, and I had to walk 30 minutes through the snow just to reach the office. I guess in Canada they assume everyone has a car, but that’s not the case, and their locations are extremely hard to access for anyone without one.
Secondly, the product is not the same as the one shown in the photo. It has a seam running across the logo, which makes the hat lose its shape and stick up at the top when worn. This flaw does not appear in the product image. It is poorly made, with visible defects and loose threads.
I do not recommend buying this product or shopping at this store. I ordered another hat from Canadian Tire, and it arrived much faster, delivered by Canada Post, with no issues and in perfect condition, with no manufacturing defects.
No, I do not recommend this product.
