Ziva 10 lb Performance Kettlebell

I was beyond thrilled as I suffer from frozen shoulder and this weight helps me build up the strength. You can use it with one hand or both, depending on how much weight you can lift. I received the 25 lbs one. Comes in a nice bag. Easy to grip, beautiful color. Well made. Just love it and use it several times a week.

I love that it’s made with an Odorless Design, because other weights that I have used, in the past, started getting an odor after I had used it for awhile. It’s also made with a grip that is very comfortable and easy to use. I added this to my normal workout routine and I’m very pleased with the results. It was designed perfectly to allow for storage in small spaces and making it easier to take it along in your vehicle.
