Ziva 4 lb Medicine Ball

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this Ziva medicine ball for a few weeks now. I love how I can incorporate it into my workout routine. The ball is 8 pounds, it’s textured for easy grip. I can use the ball in so many different routines. I like that I can use the ball alone in a exercise routine, or I can add it to my other exercise routines. Great quality ball with many exercise uses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ziva Medicine Exercise Ball is super easy to use. I do like the medicine ball more than kettle bells for including weight in my workouts. The ball is textured and does not slip in your hands. I like the 8 lb weight for almost any workout.

It seems light at first but after a few minutes into your exercise routine it can get heavy. I really like this ball because it built to last. It is made of what appears to be very heavy duty materials to handle the exercise routine. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. It is available in different weights but this will do great for now.

I love the feel of the ball with its durable rubber shell. I'm an older guy, and starting to get those dreaded alligator arms...you know...the loose skin that comes with age. The 8lb. Ziva ball is my answer to avoiding alligator arms. I do a series of exercises that strengthen and tighten my arms. I'm sure this product can help in many areas, but this is how it has helped me. And I think it can help you too. Five stars for this product...it's so much fun!!

First and foremost I not only love the turquoise color, but it's made with a durable rubber shell and is textured which makes gripping and holding it alot easier! So, overall It's made pretty well, easy to hold, and has a little weight to it (8lbs) so it's great for a good workout. I'd definitely recommend!
