Ziva 8 lb Medicine Ball

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ziva Medicine Exercise Ball is super easy to use. I do like the medicine ball more than kettle bells for including weight in my workouts. The ball is textured and does not slip in your hands. I like the 8 lb weight for almost any workout.

It seems light at first but after a few minutes into your exercise routine it can get heavy. I really like this ball because it built to last. It is made of what appears to be very heavy duty materials to handle the exercise routine. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. It is available in different weights but this will do great for now.

I love the feel of the ball with its durable rubber shell. I'm an older guy, and starting to get those dreaded alligator arms...you know...the loose skin that comes with age. The 8lb. Ziva ball is my answer to avoiding alligator arms. I do a series of exercises that strengthen and tighten my arms. I'm sure this product can help in many areas, but this is how it has helped me. And I think it can help you too. Five stars for this product...it's so much fun!!

I'm currently on a weight loss journey and I wanted to add this to the very few exercise items that I have. It's made out of very durable rubber. I also believe that I will be able to use this for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ball is great. I've been wanting to add new workouts into my routine for a while since I injured my knees. It's limited some things I can do with my lower half but I'm still trying to work my upper half. This has been great in helping keep me active. It's also been a great help with the physical therapy I've been doing. Some things need a bit of weight and this can easily be used for that in more than one exercise. The texture of the ball is great. It seems like it'll hold up for a long time and it's easy to hold or catch.
