No Pain, much gain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pad is great! My lower back always hurts and sit ups are difficult. I noticed it make doing exercise easier with the support it gives. The foam is firm but comfortable and it's easy to take with on our trips. The fact they are very easy to keep clean really helps. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I requested this to help me with crunches and sit-ups. I have a really bad back and thought this might help. It does help because it does not slide around or anything. It is easy to clean and move around as well.

Even if you tend to sweat a lot during workouts this is perfect for you because like it says it's super absorbant. The board is tough, yet still foamy enough to not hurt you and be able to take a good workout. I definitely recommend this abs board to everyone!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great for my crunches and sit ups. The pad doesn't slide and stays in place while doing crunches, sit ups during my workout. Easy to clean with a wet rag. Easy to store it fits in small spaces. I would recommend this to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tend to have trouble with my back and neck when doing abdominal exercises. This really helped me to be able to do my exercises more comfortably and I still felt the "burn" in my abs. I'm glad I have this tool in home now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is very well put together. The foam inside is very dense and sturdy and holds it shape well when in use and stays in place. There's a piece of wood behind the pad to support it. It's around 15 inches by 14 inches and 3 inches high so its just a bit larger than many other ab pads.
