I have been on a weight loss journey for a few months now and these have helped me gain muscle. The grip is amazing. They don’t get slippery and hard to grip when you are sweating which is awesome! Amazing grip and colors are amazing too. Great packaging for transport. Open and go! Easy to maintain and clean. The grip feel is perfect. Doesn’t heart the hands. Will be expanding out to more from this company.

I also love that these are 8lbs. It’s great for the days that I can’t do 10lbs but want heavier than 5 or 6. 10/10 would recommend!!!

There is no pain in my hands when I finish because they are comfortable and rubber! I think these would be great for any workout, including pilates and yoga!
