Love the kettlebell because I really enjoy lifting different pounds of kettlebell weights. I am use to the 10lb, now I can move up to the 15lb. Didn't know how to use a medicine ball, but my grandson is teaching me. Love this kit.

The kettlebell is easy to use, the handle is a good size, and it is well balanced. The jump rope is well constructed. These are also a beautiful color. I know color has nothing to do with functionality but having some fun colors does help make the time go faster.

Medicine Ball and a Speed Jump Rope. It’s also perfect for me to use at home on the days I can’t make it to the gym. The kettlebell will help me tone and build my muscle strength. It’s the perfect size and I can lift it without any issues. The medicine ball gives me the opportunity to create different workouts and will help improve my balance with consistency. I love that the jump rope is adjustable, so that my husband and I can both use it to improve speed and agility. This equipment is very useful, and made with superior quality.

The handle on the kettlebell is so smooth, which I love because I always get blisters with the other kind. I was worried it would slip out of my hands easily, but so far no problems. The colors are bright and vivid and very chic. I also really like using the weighted ball for different workouts. I'm a little indifferent on the jump rope. I appreciate that you can adjust it for your height, but I seem to get caught up in it more because of that. Overall, this is a great product and I am very happy with it.
