[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chic wellness set is the perfect addition to my work out room. The Tiffany blue color is a beautiful shade that is really fun and vibrant. I rotate between the dumbbells, jump rope and core ball. All are very sturdy and hold up to what they are designed for. I love that the dumbbells have their own stand. This set makes working out fun and is great for beginners and advanced alike.

They are perfect! the stand is easy to assemble and the ball comes with a pump. The jump rope is adjustable as well to fit anyones height and size. Def a good fit for our house!

I love that I can keep the dumbbells super organized, with the dumbbell stand. The yoga ball is very easy to set up and makes my workouts so much easier. The jump rope is very lightweight and is super easy to use as well. This entire workout set has got me working out all the time. This is definitely a very beautiful starter workout kit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with this workout set! It is a complete set with a core fitness ball, jump rope and dumb bell set with a stand. The ball is the perfect size for stretching and other core exercises. Everything in the set seems very well made and I think the ball as well as the other items should last a very long time. My very favorite item is the dumb bell set. I like having the lowest weights to start with and hopefully moving up to heavier ones as my strength gets better. I think it is pretty cool they added in a matching stand to keep them on too. And everything is such as pretty shade of blue! Last item in the kit is a speed jump rope....so that one I'm not using too much right now. I will have to start out really slow and carefully with that one. But for someone who knows how to jump rope I can see how this would be a excellent part of a workout routine. I might have to get creative and figure out another way to use that instead of jump roping. I don't want to break my neck trying to do so!
