I purchased a couple of 2.5lbs (says 3lb on website, but it's 2.5) for dynamic warm ups. Easy to grasp, fits on Olympic size barbells. No complaints!

Great bumper plates

These bumper plates are really nice. We'll constructed. Easy to interchange plates between bars with the 3 holding handles inside the plates. Having the metal center gives you sense of confidence that the plate or bar won't get damaged. Will need to see overtime how it holds up but for now very happy the the quality of this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These grip disc's are nice to have a set of in your home. The material handles sweat and cleaning compounds well. They also can be thrown down and take a beating. I will say they are a little small for most larger hands. My wife likes them though and has no complaints.
