Our dedicated Shop by Appointment Advisors have partnered with our key vendors and have completed training programs to equip them with all the required brand and product knowledge. Because of this, you can have full confidence that you will receive an elevated Customer Experience in store and make sure you get the perfect fitting equipment for the upcoming season.

Need assistance or have questions finding the perfect equipment for the upcoming Ski/Snow season? At select locations, you can book a 1-on-1 shopping experience with one of our Snowsport experts FREE of charge. This personalized shopping experience ensures that you get a devoted Advisor that can help you complete a full Boot & Shell fit for new Ski/Snow boots, fit you for new ski's or snowboard's, and make sure you have compatible boots and bindings so that your ready to hit the slopes!

Our Shop by Appointment experience is meant to serve customers in the following departments and deliver an elevated shopping experience for our customers:

• Ski and snowboard boots
• Ski and snowboard equipment (Ski’s, snowboards, bindings, etc.)
• Ski and snowboard specific accessories (helmets, goggles, and everything else to get you on the snow)
• One stop shop for all other product needed such as Outerwear and accessories
• Ski/Snow services through our dedicated Service Shop

What to bring:

• Equipment Adjustments: If you plan on purchasing equipment that requires adjustments (such as boots or bindings), please bring in any existing equipment you have. This will help us make the necessary adjustments on-site. There's no need to bring in old equipment that you no longer plan to use.
• Boot Fitting: For an optimal boot fitting experience, we recommend wearing clothing that allows easy access to your shins and calves. Wearing thin ski socks and pants that can be easily rolled up will help ensure a proper fit.
