Adidas Duramo SL trainers are a solid choice, especially if you’re after something lightweight and versatile. On the positive side, they’re very comfortable straight out of the box. The cushioning (Adidas’ Lightmotion midsole) gives a soft, responsive feel without being too bulky, which makes them good for everyday runs, gym sessions, or just casual wear. They’re also breathable thanks to the mesh upper, so your feet don’t overheat easily. Another strong point is the weight—they’re noticeably light, which helps if you like a more natural, less clunky running feel. The grip is decent too, especially on pavements and treadmills. They’re not a premium, high-performance running shoe, so for long-distance or serious training you might want something with more support or durability. But for the price, they punch above their weight. Overall: comfortable, lightweight, good value—great for beginners or casual use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking shoe at a nice affordable price. Thanks Adidas for keeping the price low. My size is 9 so I ordered a 9, however it was a little tight at the toes so returned and got a size 9 1/2. First time in my life that I’ve worn this size. But now they fit great. Shoes are very comfortable and look great. Will be getting the black and white soon.
